Ramzi Baroudy
Senior Partner
Ramzi is a versatile business leader who has spent over 25 years leading teams and driving growth across the CPG/QSR landscape. His approach is grounded in a simple belief: sustainable growth happens when consumer insight drives strategy and cross-functional teams execute in lockstep. He’s passionate about helping founders and leadership teams navigate the messy middle—those moments when a great idea needs to become a market-ready product, when supply chain challenges threaten margins, or when organizational silos prevent breakthrough performance. His sweet spot is working with teams who need someone who’s been in the trenches and can move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and roll-up-your-sleeves execution.
Throughout his career at Nestlé, Kraft Foods, PepsiCo, and Subway, Ramzi has worn just about every hat in the playbook. He’s led brand strategy and product innovation, managed P&Ls and manufacturing operations, redesigned distributor/sourcing networks, and navigated the complexities of multi-market commercialization. His time at Nestle and Kraft gave him a strong foundation in innovation, route-to-market strategy, and the art of making brands work across diverse markets. While at PepsiCo, he took products from initial formulation through consumer testing, branding, and go-to-market execution, and he got deep into procurement, exports, and operational efficiency while running a PepsiCo bottling facility. And as CEO of Subway’s purchasing arm across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, he focused on supply chain optimization, cost management, and building high-performing teams across three continents.
